Week ThreeSo I am now at about the middle of week three, looking forward to some shoulders and arms this evening - not sure if that will be before or after golf but it will sure get done.
Don't think the gut has shrunk any yet, but I definitely notice my cardio endurance is much better, although my flexibility has not really improved. One day I will catch up to Jesse!
Well the sun is shining and we have another week of summer, perhaps I should be doing the workout in the backyard? hmmmm.
